Amy grew up on a farm near the rural community of Adams, just south of Lincoln, and has lived in Lincoln since she began college. Amy holds a degree in Architectural-Engineering Technology and for the past eight years has worked for a local architecture firm; here she uses her building knowledge and drafting skills in the architectural design and creation of construction documents while working hand in hand with an in-house interior designer. Amy’s husband, Ross, owns and operates Rigid Pines Construction, a local residential construction company, in which she helps out by aiding in laying out and drawing floor plans. She plans to use her architecture, design, and construction knowledge to help her clients make the best decision for them.

When not working, Amy enjoys playing sports, running, and spending time with her family and friends. When the weather is nice, you will find her and her husband, outside in their backyard with their German Shepherd, Chopper, who lives to play fetch.
