Prior to her real estate career, Kimberly worked in association management at both the statewide and local levels. Her primary areas of focus were in membership development, fundraising, database management, communications, event planning, volunteer development and strategic planning.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Kennesaw State University (Georgia) and Master-level work in public administration at Kennesaw State University.
