Sharon Wulf started her career with a Lincoln-based real estate company in 1979 as a sales associate and was promoted to assistant manager in 1981. She has been a managing broker since 1995, and has developed and managed real estate offices in York, Seward and Beatrice.  

Sharon continues to have a long record of service and success. She has served as President of the Blue River Area Board of Realtors, President of the Women’s Council of Realtors and was awarded its Member of the Year in 2000. A member of the National Association of Realtors and the Nebraska Realtors Association, she presently serves on the state nominating committee. Sharon, along with Pace Woods Sr., co-chaired the Woods Bros Realty Foundation for Giving when it was formed 1987.  

Sharon and her husband, Marvin, are enjoying a long married life together and have two children. Their son, Michael, is a long time manager at CVS Pharmacy and their daughter, Lori Wulf-Roseman, is a dental surgeon. They have four grandchildren. Sharon’s hobbies include an occasional golf game, oil painting and being a doting grandparent. She says she keeps most of her paintings and has them hanging in her home.
