Jan and Terry became sweethearts after meeting at Lincoln High. They married and moved to Kansas City starting their careers as a Registered Nurse and in Manufacturing. Three children later, Lincoln and the "good life" became home again.

Jan started her Real Estate career in 1978 and was instantly successful, in fact so successful, she convinced Terry to get his license so he could share in the fun. "My twenty years in nursing gave me an edge to understand people, truly have empathy, patience, and most of all the ability to enjoy every day to it’s fullest," says Jan.

Over the years they have enjoyed helping clients find their dream homes and making long lasting friendships while working together through the buying and selling process. These same families once had babies in high chairs, now those babies are buying their dream homes through the Gabers. Many past customers have sold and purchased homes four or five times.

Terry enjoys fishing with waders and lures, reading, exercising and painting in his spare time. Jan enjoys researching collectibles, music, cooking and watching six grandchildren and one new great grandson grow.

They both look forward to date night, seeing movies, sharing time with family and friends, and their next Real Estate Appointment.
