Brenda brings a strong sales, marketing and new construction background to Nebraska Home Sales.
A self described “Air Force brat”, Brenda was born in Germany and lived with her family in France, Japan, Kansas, Nevada. She moved to Lincoln when her father retired in 1970. “It was the change of cultures and communities during my formative years that has given me a strong appreciation of all people and helped me to feel comfortable in just about any social environment.”
As a Lincolnite for more than 35 years, Brenda has spent her entire professional career in sales. After several years in radio, she formed an advertising/marketing agency which her husband runs today. “I enjoyed working to acquire more clients for the agency, however I missed the day-to-day interaction with different people. After our four children graduated, I had more time on evenings and weekends and became a REALTOR in 1995.”
Since entering real estate, Brenda has represented a home builder and sold more than 600 new construction homes. “The knowledge I’ve gained from construction has helped me better serve people looking to buy or sell a home… I know what to look for.”
In her limited spare time, Brenda enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, collecting antiques, NASCAR races and an occasional “trip to the boats… I always lose,” she said.

- Make Sure that Fireplace has had a Good Cleaning
We’d really like to sell you a new house, but not at expense of your old one. As temperatures drop, now is the time that people are using fireplaces for the first time all year. Dirty or blocked fireplaces can be a real hazard. We’re reminded of one home owner who set off a carbon [...]
- We’ll Probably Never Sell A Home on Mars But This is Still Neat
With holiday shopping and Nebraska coaching rumors, you might have missed the NASA announcement that challenges our assumptions about the building blocks of life. Turns out that arsenic-based lifeforms can exist. That’s a big deal to NASA because it means the next time we go hunting for life outside of our little planet, we [...]
