We started Nebraska Home Sales, from scratch, almost 6 years ago.

We didn’t use a franchise. We didn’t partner with a conglomerate. We didn’t even have clients.

What we did have was an idea. And that idea is simple : To bring you the best value in Lincoln real estate services.

All of our agents are handpicked. We only invite Realtors who provide excellent customer service and understand the local market.

Great agents make a difference. In 2009, our Nebraska Home Sales agents sold more than three times as many homes as the average Lincoln agent. And our listings sold 20% faster.

We like trying new ideas. This one is new for Lincoln real estate, too: Nebraska Home Sales is agent-owned. What does that mean? It means some of our agents are also Nebraska Home Sales stock holders.

And why should you care? Well, not only are we locally owned (no outside Lincoln partners) but it also means the agent you’re working with will go the extra mile. After all, it’s their company, too.

And we think that’s important.
