Other companies charge a flat 7% sales commission. At Nebraska Home Sales, we have three great commission options all for less than 7%.

How can we offer flexible commissions? We’re doing things differently. “D” is for different, remember?

Nebraska Home Sales doesn’t have bricks and mortar. And by not having an office we can reduce our overhead and pass the savings on to you.

No fancy offices, no middle management, no water cooler. We go to where the action is: the house you’re selling, the house you’re buying, your lender, your title company…We come to you.

Which plan you select depends on your needs, your home and the market conditions in Lincoln at the time you decide to list.

And just because our fees are lower doesn’t mean you’ll receive less service. We offer a complete range of options to market your home including multiple web sites, the newspaper, Time Warner Cable and area real estate magazines.

It’s about value. Charging you less than the other guys doesn’t make us a discount broker. It just means that we’re giving you a better value. That’s why competition is good for Lincoln.
