Brenda, and subsequently Dick (Railsback), were so professional, accommodating, and respectful to us (and yes, this is when they were representing the SELLER, for the most part!) that I have to give them both accolades for their efforts and professionalism! We could have hired another realtor to represent us, but I'm glad we did not. There were other circumstances that played into this sale, but Brenda and Dick made this sale happen. Again, they made the best of a bad situation, and not only I, but the surrounding neighbors, our neighborhood assn., etc., are extremely grateful.
